Parental Input Needed

We are committed to learning from our remote learning experiences this spring and seek to improve our instructional practices as well as define clear expectations for high-quality learning regardless of what format learning takes: face-to-face classroom learning, remote learning or a combination of both. Feedback we have received so far indicates some parents are concerned about the possible state of the pandemic in the fall and are interested in educational choices for their children, including learning from home; while other parents are hopeful that we will return to a more traditional classroom setting.

To have a better understanding of what our parents are thinking at this point, we ask all our parents to take a moment to complete a survey using this link: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/fshisd/parentsurvey_spring2020/surveys We kindly ask that you complete the survey by Friday, June 26th so we have time to analyze the results as we plan for next year.

The District may continue to seek feedback from stakeholders as we evaluate options for the fall including what a school day would look like, student activities, and safety protocols. Please monitor the district website and your email for information about these possible feedback opportunities.
