The Fort Sam Houston Independent School District is soliciting nominees to be considered for 2 openings on the Board of Trustees. The positions must be filled by either a military member or civilian living on or employed by Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. To qualify for the board, a volunteer must be:
- 18 years of age or older
- U.S. citizen
- Qualified voter
Trustees will take an official oath of office and serve without compensation. Interested applicants must submit a resume no later than 5:00 p.m., February 4, 2022, to the School Liaison Officer at 2380 Stanley Road, Building 124, upstairs room 211/212
