JOESPH GIBSON NAMED A KENS-5 ALL-STAR STUDENT!

Congratulations to Cole Sophomore Joseph Gibson for being named a KENS5 All-Star Student! KENS5 will air a story on Joseph during their 10:00 pm newscast on April 6th and again during their April 7th 6:00 am newscast. The story will then be featured on their website. BASKETBALL CELEBRATION

Join Cole MS&HS on Wed, April 7th as we celebrate our State Championship Basketball team. We will begin with a Parade down Winans Road at 2:30 culminating at the Cougar Stadium. A Pep Rally and assembly will take place in the stadium beginning at 3:00. In addition to the Basketball Team, the State Powerlifting Champion will also be featured. The Pep Rally and Assembly is scheduled to release at 3:45. For those unable to attend, the parade and pep rally will be streamed on the district's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/fshisd

2021-2022 School Year Calendar

The FSHISD School Board approved the 2021-2022 School Year Calendar at their regular February School board meeting. A pdf version of the calendar can be found by clicking the headline above.

Basketball State Semifinals Ticket Info!

At 12 noon today ticket sales will be available on the PayK12 website. When you get to the, “find your school to get started” bar please type, “Jack C. Hayes High School.”
into the search. This will take you to the webpage where our tickets will be available. You may have to click, “view all events” to find our game. It will be, “3A STATE SEMI FINAL LITTLE RIVER ACADEMY VS SA COLE.”

Please be advised that tickets may sell out extremely fast there are only 225 tickets available.

Safety Protocols Still in Place

While FSHISD awaits additional guidance from TEA, all current safety protocols will remain in place, including the use of facemasks. On all FSHISD campuses and facilities, a facemask will continue to be required. Thank you for

COLE PHOTOGRAPHERS WIN HIGH HONORS!

Cole photography students started out their competition season with strong wins in the ATPI Fall Photo Contest. With almost 5000 entries from public and private schools across the country, Cole photographers came out on top in numerous categories. FSH ELEMENTARY RECEIVES MCEC PETE TAYLOR AWARD

The Fort Sam Houston Elementary School was one of this year's recipients of the Peter Taylor Award from the Military Child Education Coalition. The Pete Taylor Partnership of Excellence Award recognizes successful partnerships and projects that ultimately benefit military-connected children.
