Media Center/Library Reconsideration of Materials Form
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the District provides a wide range of library materials for students and faculty that support student achievement and present varying levels of difficulty, diversity of appeal, and a variety of points of view. This policy also provides standards for collection development and the selection and evaluation of library materials.

As an employee of Ft Sam Houston ISD or the parent of a FSHISD student, you may request a library material to be reconsidered. You can do so by either printing the PDF form and turning it in at the District Offices or by submitting the electronic form linked below. If you submit the electronic form, please email Dr. Mina Schnitta, ([email protected]) Assistant Superintendent of Teaching & Learning, and state that a request has been submitted.
