FSHISD will make paying for school meals EASY ! The cafeteria offers prepayment plans in all schools.
- MYSCHOOLBUCKS, is a safe and secure way for parents to make online payments, manage balances, set low balance alerts and view their children's purchase history. To enroll click on the link below. Once your account is established, you can deposit funds into your child's account anytime, with a credit or debit card. A service fee is charged for each transaction.
- Alternative forms of payments, including cash and checks, can be made at your child's cafeteria during operational hours without any additional fees.
Breakfast for Elementary is $1.20 for paid and $0.00 for reduced price breakfast
Elementary Lunch is $2.50 for paid and $0.00 for reduced price lunch
Middle and High School Breakfast is $1.30 for paid and $0.00 for reduced price breakfast
Middle and High School Lunch is $2.75 for paid and $0.00 for reduced price lunch
The 89th Texas Legislature approved funding as part of the General Appropriations Act so that students who qualify for reduced-price school meals can eat breakfast at no charge. Effective September 1, 2025, students who qualify for reduced-price school meals can eat lunch at no charge.
Priority Note: Student ID numbers are the same number used for all cafeteria transactions. -
District Refund Policy: Refund will be applied to any outstanding balance due to the district before a check can be issued. Monies remaining can be applied to a sibling’s account. Refund checks will only be issued for amounts $25.00 or greater, when requested by August 30th of the payment year.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
