How to Submit a Tech Ticket

Students & Staff Members: Log into Incident IQ via your staff launchpad. Use your full district email address and password to submit your request.

Parents: Submit a ticket through our Incident IQ platform to report device, login, or software issues. Use the credentials you provided during registration to log in and guide you through the process.
Priority Note: Tickets are generally processed in the order received. Critical system outages or emergencies impacting classrooms and large numbers of users will take immediate priority to minimize disruption. -

Damage Costs
- Fort Sam Houston Elementary (K-5) Damage Costs (Devices remain in classroom carts throughout the day.)
- Deliberate damage including but not limited to: scratches, cracks, and damage to the keyboard or sides from student misuse: $30 repair fee & administrative action
- Theft, loss, or catastrophic damage of the device beyond repair: $350
- Robert G. Cole Middle/ High School (6-12) Damage Costs (Devices are issued to the student and travel to school from home.)
- Incidental damage including but not limited to: cracks, scratches, damage to keyboard, sides, or the mousepad: $30 repair fee
- Loss or significant damage to Chromebook charger: $25
- Deliberate damage such as cracks, scratches, damage to keyboard, sides, or the mousepad: $30 repair fee & administrative action
- Theft or loss of device or catastrophic damage of the device beyond repair: $350
