This portal connects Fort Sam Houston ISD faculty, operations, and support staff with day-to-day work tools, benefits management networks, and mandatory compliance files. Our goal is to streamline your administrative access so you can remain focused on supporting our military-connected classrooms.

EmployeePortal

ASCENDER EmployeePortal allows current and previous FSHISD employees to access current and historical pay information including earnings, deductions, leave balances, and W-2 information.

For new users, select "Create Account" to set up a username and password with the following information.  

  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth 
  • Zip Code 

If the information does not match what exists in the district’s database you will not be able to create an account and will need to contact Human Resources.

If you are an existing user and you forgot your username and/or password.

  • Reset it by clicking "Forgot Password"
  • Follow the prompts to look up username or reset password.

If you are locked out of your account contact Payroll or Human Resources.
